Full, rich sound!
By Alice on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2018
This was my first home theater/sound bar purchase, I am by no means an audiophile. After extensive research online, I went to a big box store to listen to the systems I was interested in, although I'm not sure what you hear in the store is completely representative of what you will hear at home with your TV/Blue Ray. I was leaning toward the Polk Magni-fi, JBL 3.1, Yamaha YAS 207, and Klipsch RSB 6 or 8. I was underwhelmed by the Polk and JBL. The Yamaha was not on display so I was unable to hear it. The only system that to my ear compared to the Klipsch was the Sony HTNT5, and since the Klipsch RSB 11 was on sale at $450 I felt it was by far the best value. I had a pair of Klipsch Heresy 1 speakers I bought new, which outlasted a couple amps, and sold a couple years ago, probably for close to what I paid new, and found them to be of the highest quality. The first RSB 11 that was delivered would play for about 20 minutes, then I would hear a pop and it would turn off. I was put off by that and hesitant to try another, but I exchanged it and have had no issues with the replacement. It adds a new dimension to viewing TV and movies and really brings them alive. I hoped to spend a little less, but felt the Klipsch RSB 11 was worth the extra expense. I'm completely satisfied with it, and I think you will be too!

Broke after 11 months. Klipsch customer service didn't help.
By Terry Fravel II on Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2019
Speaker sounded fine until the 11 month mark. Started making weird sounds and high pitched squeals. I contacted Klipsch and went around and around with them for about a month. They took two weeks to respond to my initial "case" and only offered basic solutions like unplugging and resetting the device. Nothing worked and when it finally came time to get the unit repaired I was told they could not help me because I bought it through a 3rd party retailer on Amazon. Their product failed and they should stand behind it. How could I possible know that the manufacturer wouldn't cover the product if it was defective? I've been a Klipsch customer for over 20 years but no longer.
