Nice packaging but unfortunately it doesn't perform as it should

Nice packaging but unfortunately it doesn't perform as it should. It should automatically dispense approximately 1/2 teaspoon full of liquid soap but only dispenses bubbles. There is no flow at all. Would never recommend this.
