Fast and easy to assemble, just make sure to do in right order. For the sale price cannot go wrong. Only been used for a week so far but appears solid and looks much more expensive than it is. Great for a student, guest bed, etc. or just when you just need a frame but this looks much classier for short money. Guessing the headboard fake leather will peel at some point like the fake leather office chairs but hopefully longer.

Great bed

I am thrilled with the sturdiness and quality of the bed, especially for the cost. I only have a few minor gripes: 1) The bed was made to be a platform-style bed needing no box springs. This makes the bed low to the floor. I wish it were about 6-8 inches higher. 2) If you do add box springs, the headboard will then be too low. 3) If you are not using box springs, I highly recommend putting a piece of plywood under your mattress for support. The metal bars are spaced about 6 inches apart, just enough to cause sagging of the mattress over time. 4) There are no edges to keep the mattress from slipping, so you will need to find a way to secure your mattress. I tied a sheet of plywood to the metal bars (drilling holes into the corners of the plywood and tying it down with nylon cord), the used Velcro on the plywood and bottom of the mattress. It's a little extra work, but it seems to have fixed the sliding mattress problem.
