West Bend Air Crazy Popcorn on Demand, Black

I was looking for a hot air popcorn popper and decided this was a good model not too cheap and not too expensive I wanted one that would last for awhile. I order the first one and after plugging it in and pouring popcorn kernels in it didn't work. I flipped up the switch to power and nothing happened I even tried different outlets. So, I asked for a replacement figured it was a flux. The replacement arrived and this time it worked but after a couple of days the same thing happened it didn't turned on. I thought what's the big deal after all it just a hot air blower with an off/on switch ? This time I asked for my money back. I did have to pay for a box to send it back. I had cut up the box since I thought it would work for more than a day. I do like the way Amazon is setup to return items no problems with them it just the company doesn't make a good product. I normally don't like to return items and I don't do reviews since it hard to tell if they are honest. I wanted to do a no 'star rating' but that is not an option.
