Great item for the price

I love this product. It has replaced my hand iron almost completely. Really works quite well for the price as well. I believe this product could stand up to the performance of similar brand name steamers. The hanging rack has plenty of space for items waiting in the queue during an ironing session. I also really like the pocket tool and the collar/ fabric hem/ tool which helps make sure the edges of the clothes are nice and smooth.

Bought this item 4 years ago, it was a great product, never had an issue. My husband went to use it the other day, turned it on, and then flames were shooting out the underneath/side of the product. I lost my house to a fire 51 years ago, and needless to say this upset me. I immediately had him take it to the trash. I don't think after 4 years this should of happen. Looking for a new replacement, but now super nervous. DL
