Wow! Have these helped my PTSD...
By ivy on Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2017
I have been in counseling for four years, following an abusive marriage that caused a collapse of my health. The counseling has been tremendously helpful. I have felt, though, that there was still something underlying that I could not connect to verbally. I read about the brain cards, and did a phone session with Kate Posey. The session was very powerful. My body shook for three hours afterward (which Kate said is the body releasing fear or tension). I feel as though some of the truths and resources we looked at somehow made it to a gut level, and I have noticed an improvement in my health since. It seems we tapped into some of the things I needed to access (fight/flight/freeze mode where I was a bit stuck). Kate is very wise and very kind. I plan to do another session and cannot thank her enough for what she has developed here. I highly recommend the cards and working with someone who understands how to use them.

Disappointed in Quality
By E. J. Reich on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2021
I am very disappointed in the physical quality of the cards. They are smaller than I expected (2.5" x 4"), the paper seems thinner than cardstock, and the images are often surrounded by uneven margins. I look forward to working with them, but I really expected better quality. (Also the art of the plastic folder was damaged). I wonder if these are the original cards or a poor knock off?
