Wonderful for1/2 marathoners

I am training for my first half marathon, and have read up on the benefits in recovery time from using compression socks--I couldn't justify spending too much for a pair of socks (I already spend a bunch on gear, races, etc.), so these seemed like a great buy-and in my favorite color orange! They work like a dream! They are, as the name says, compression socks, so it does take a little "oomph" to put them on, buy once on they fit perfectly (I got a size small after taking some measurements of my legs). I can feel the compression, but they aren't too tight on my legs. They are such a vivid fun orange color, and they really make me feel like I cut my recovery time after long runs-my legs don't feel near as tired! I have tried running in them, and that's just not for me--I don't like long socks in general living in Florida-but putting them on for an hour or so after the runs has been great! I will be purchasing a few more pairs after this race I'm sure! Highly recommend this buy to any athlete!

I was thrilled to have found these and that they came in pink was an added bonus. However, I was highly disappointed in the sizing as they run really small in my opinion. I have a pair of TED Hose that are the same size as these and those were a perfect fit, I gave these to my mom is small framed and is about a size eight in shoes and even she had a hard time getting these on due to the small sizing. I am aware that different brands have different sizing but these are really small; buying online is always a roulette, although because the sizing was off is no need for a bad review and since the size was the only issue I had, I am giving it a three stars for the great coloring, style, and fabric. I am sure the seller would have given me a refund or credit had I contacted them, but I felt it was not worth the hassle. They are well made and look really nice and if you are smaller boned/framed then I would recommend them and hopefully they will add more sizes.
