Way better than I hoped!! Buy!!
By alydais on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2016
I tore a calf muscle in oct '15 playing league tennis and bought these hoping to get some relief from the painful scar tissue forming. I wore just one of them today and my calf feels AMAZING!!! No twitching, no stinging, no cramps (played singles for 2:15 in 87* desert heat)!!! Sizing--I wear an 8.5 in asics tennis shoes and a normal shoe of either 8.5 or 9N. My ankle is 8.25", calf is 14.25", right under my knee is 13". The toe of this sock is plenty big and doesn't bind up the toes at all. I actually had a little extra room in the toe so after warm up, put my regular tennis sock (experian) on over it to help keep my toes from moving around (I was worried about a blister or possibly a foot cramp from trying to control my toes/keep them in place). This ended up the perfect solution. No blisters, no toe cramps & no achy arch. Support--There is support in the arch, at the ankle/Achilles, shin and the calf. It takes some patience to put on over the heel area, but nothing that was an issue. It stopped right under my knee (I'm 5'6" w/ Long legs....31" inseam) and stayed up the entire match. I feel like mine came up a little higher than is showing on the left leg in the picture..hard to tell though. I didn't have to tug on it a single time. Taking it off was easy-peasy. Comfort--Some of the threads & stitching left intentions in my leg and the band definitely left a mark (still there 3 hrs later) but it wasn't cutting off circulation or anything and wasn't itchy after I took it off like another brand I tried. And I can't really tell if it breaths well or not. I wasn't sweaty underneath when I took it off, my foot wasn't hot & no sweat in my shoe, but today was a mild day...we'll see how it feels when it's 105* out!!! Quality--lots of cute (& neutral) colors. There were no snags or runs from my nails & it held up to a strenuous adjustment when I put it on initially. I haven't washed them yet so I can't tell how well they'll do in the wash or if they'll shrink up to Barbie size. If it's anything of concern I'll re-post. I highly recommend....already sent the link to 4 of the gals & 1 guy (doubt he'll do pink) at the courts today who were interested. What's 1 more funky tan line, right?!?!

Very Nicely Constructed, But More "Snug" than Other Mojos
By khc on Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2015
For the past 2 years, I've been wearing Mojo brand white compression socks [Style A506--knee-high, with "silver" embedded threads in the heel and toe box] in size "XL." I have fairly large legs--calves about 17 inches, and ankles about 11 1/4 inches in girth. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't carry this particular Mojo sock, so I thought I'd try these. These "Recovery & Performance" socks fit MUCH MORE snugly than my other Mojo socks. In fact, they are difficult to don, and I wear compression socks every day. According to the Mojo fit guide, these socks should fit calves to 18 inches, with ankles to 13 inches. These Recovery & Performance socks are well knitted, with modern graphics and nicely firm compression. But if your ankles are over 11 1/2, and your calves over 17, you will probably find the "white, XL" too snug to be comfortable [also, the top cuff is constrictive and tight]. I'll be returning to the plain white Mojos in Style A506, which are still available at the Discount Surgical website.
