Sargent Art Acrylic Paint, Set of 12

Love the value of theses paints. I had no problems with shipping and yes I had to pull all the seals off so I could use the top pour spouts which I didn't find unusual in any way.I feel having all the basic colors is cool because you can make different colors by mixing other colors together. That's part of the fun, and I WILL use the peach, thank you for adding that color! I can't wait to use it in a pour.The quality of the paint is good but for beginners it would be tough. I'm somewhat of a beginner myself, however, I learned enough and know that I need to really dilute this paint For Pouring. And it's a hard job because the paint doesn't mix quickly you just have to stir and stir and stir. To make it easier, once I've used some paint out of the bottles, I add lots of water and shake it very vigorously this helps it to become thinner and easier to pour. The colors are vibrant and I'm digging them. I had had trouble with bubbles and cracking so I'm hoping that As long as I dilute them enough to the right consistency for a pour they will not crack when drying.SO the reason I only gave you three stars is because the paints are difficult to mix in a cup, like I said you have to stir it a lot. And im hoping it's my lack of knowledge that the pours are drying with cracks and torching doesnt seem to get the air bubbles, they pop up as it dries. I want to buy the paints again because of the nice colors and the value, let's see if I can change my review soon. I hope this was helpful.
