This is great for pain relief!

I bought this when I injured my lower back. It is easy to put together and super easy to put on. The ice pack slips in and out of the belt. So far I've only used ice but I love that it can be used hot as well. This is very comfortable and I give it a 10 out of 10 rating.

the hip pain relief wrap fits comfortably, but the part of the hip bag that sits next to the skin is thick enough that it prevents some of the cold from the frozen ice pack actually cooling the skin. I get a longer and colder benefit from using Preston Sammon large ice packs that sit closer to the skin, but then I can't really move around while I'm "wearing" these freestanding ice packs.
