Careful of the chain, not worth $30 now

Well…I am back here after purchasing 2 purple lamps in February of 2020. I used in my master bedroom. The side I did not use as much as recently broken with no solution even after I took it all apart to see if I could reconnect the switch chain. No luck.One evening I went to turn the light on and the chain snapped and came out.I never use the usb ports so I can’t speak to those but they are pretty great lights outside of what just happened. The price is now way more so I may just buy a new pair elsewhere as $30 for one is almost what I paid for both. They are worth $19.99 …$23 max based on longevity, sturdiness (you have to adjust often because they will not stand straight indefinitely) and quality of material. If they were not this much now or lasted longer I would have given 4 stars.
