Fantastic Four Star Fox Run
By Nikki on Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2021
Set up was a breeze. Came in quick and in great new condition. My senior baby Ellouise "Weezy" who's going to be 11 in May has had a little back end trouble hopping up on the couch for snuggle time. She's a terrier chihuahua mix about 15 lbs. Short legs. She had no problem gripping the soft material as most reported too slippery. There is a gap between the couch and top of ramp but my girl is smart enough to not fall thru it. No problem going up or down. I could see an issue with maybe a teacup chihuahua or "extremely tiny" dog falling thru that gap but it's not a problem for my chunky monkey. I think I made a good choice for my geriatric fur baby. This will save her from over exerting those back hips and avoid painful impact of jumping off the couch. I am a fully dedicated dog mom. Only the best for my girl. This product is great and was affordable for my budget. Plus is matches my sofa set perfectly and just flows as if it were a piece of matching furniture. If you're in the market for a couch ramp I highly recommend this one.

Unsafe and Poorly Made
By reedsdomain on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2024
The first thing I noticed about the ramp was when I opened the box two loose nuts fell out (see attached pics). Next I looked through the instructions and it says the locking pins should pop back up when the legs are fully extended. That's a problem because there is no way for the legs to fully extend before they smack into the back bracing piece. At first I though the raised side pieces in one of the pictures I attached might be part of the packaging, but no, they're wood and tightly affixed with no screw head visible to remove them. This means that if my dog were to try and use the ramp it would collapse with my dog near the top of it. Most companies will include a note or someway of contacting customer service, but there's no contact information available on the instructions or their PetMaker product page, so I will be going through the hassle of returning this and recommend others don't waste their money or time on this poorly built unsafe product.
