Uncaged Ergonomics Active Standing Mat

Unfortunately, this piece could’ve been a good source of relief for my lower back issues but fell far short. I stand at an easel for work for long periods in my home studio. The Active Standing Mat was so oily and left an oily residue on my feet and my floor that I’m still trying to remove. It wasn’t really detectable at first. i didn’t notice it when I took it out of the box and set it down at my workspace (laminate floor). It caused a slip & fall hazard in one of the most important spaces in my life, my home work studio. I almost fell twice: once stepping off of it after trying it out the first time and a second time when I tried to approach the area again to clean the oil off my floor. I tried to clean the Mat with water and vinegar and there was no change; it still has so much oil substance on it that will not clean off even after repeat cleanings. I was disappointed with this oddball problem and cannot recommend this product because of the safety hazard the oiliness poses to the consumer. Had it not been oily & dangerous, the thickness & comfort would have been excellent. The product visually presents as pictured in the listing and it seems build for durability if not for it being so slippery and unsafe. I will search for another product similar and hope for a much better experience. Sorry but this product is a definite NO.
