Most protein shakes make me nauseous! Been using this one consistently to replace at least one meal a day for past 3 months. This does not make me nauseous ! I am down 30 pounds. I use it as the base to my breakfast to make green smoothies ( kale spinach or collards with a little fruit, fresh ginger and turmeric ice and water).sometimes I will add a drop or two or honey or omega oil to the blend. Occasionally I will blend 310i with almond milk and raspberries or other high fiber fruits and avocado to get my fiber in. I have not experienced an after taste probably because of my mix ins.

Chalky taste and texture

This is so hard to mix as it is such a fine powder. Also the taste is not great. I have tried VEGA One Vanilla and that is just bad, it tasts very grassy but this 310 is chalky and hard to mix. I love the taste of Orgain Vanilla but the calorie count is too high for what you get as far as nutrition. 310 nutrition is great and having one shake for breakfast daily I am losing weight again, versus when I was drinking the Orgain I wasn't. I comes in a bag and it is so fine it poofs into the air when you try to scoop it, even super slowly.
