Better than going to the store 2-3x a week for bottles of water

I love it, when the heating option is on the cold water isn't ice cold but still good. I use a 5 gallon jug on top

Not reliable product

Thought this was going to be a great product, hot water works perfectly. Cold has recently stopped working for me. Comes out room temperature, reset machine as well as turned on & off for cold switch. Not a good product.
