What a Great Item - Does 2nd Floor Stairs with ease!
By Val F. Marz on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2025
Dreaded carrying groceries up to our 2nd floor condo. Had three large sairs going down from the parking lot and 17 going up. Plenty of Room to put in items in the large bag and secure them with the draw string closure. It has a few zippered pockts to put small items on the outside and the bag itself could be used to haul items without the cart. It takes stairs with ease and these three legs takes them with little effort. I have two bad shoulders but I can easily lift large loads up the stairs with little effort. If you can pull it the wheels do the rest. Bag comes off for a small hand dolly that we use around the house. It folds up nicely for closet storeage. I'm almost 80 and it's no problem handling stairs with large loads. Get it!

Good But It's Falling Apart
By vbchic on Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2023
I use this daily for work, Monday through Friday, since I work at a large school and have to travel across the campus. I purchased this mid-October 2022 and started using it immediately. Pros: 1. I love the size of it since I can fit everything I could possibly need for the day. I basically bring my entire office with me: balance cushion, laptop, computer stand, keyboard, mouse and mousepad, work iPad, a binder, any books I am reading/using (usually 1-2 books total), lunchbox, umbrella, coat, etc. It all fits easily. 2. The triple wheels allow me to go up and down stairs (some buildings are older and don't have elevators which is why I purchased this particular version). 3. The frame is sturdy and also folds for storage/transport. (It gets thinner and longer compared to when it's open.) 4. The storage pockets are handy for a few of my items. (I need a few more small pockets, but that's just me because I'm using it for work.) Cons: 1. The handle is a bit low for me since I'm tall. It makes it a bit awkward to use sometimes, and I have to be very mindful of my back and neck and try not to lean over too much. It would be great if they had a handle that could be extended. 2. The bag itself slides from side to side sometimes, and if they add one piece of velcro underneath in the middle front to attach it to the plastic bottom it should fix the issue. I just might add it myself at this point. 3. The two little plastic pieces on the bottom front metal piece that sits on the ground have disappeared, so there is no more protection from the metal hitting the ground directly. The first one disappeared quickly (within the first month of use), the second one just disappeared (about 4 months of use). 4. THIRD BIGGEST ANNOYANCE: The wheels allow me to go up and down stairs, but it's very jarring (it also jars my back because it's that big of an impact on each stair). The cart smacks heavily onto each stair and everything in the bag bumps around. I noticed my laptop had some dings from smashing into other items, so I now place my balance seat cushion at the very bottom and put my laptop on top so it mitigates the jarring a bit. I've also used a hand towel between items as well. If you are going to use this up and down stairs with anything electronic or delicate in it, I strongly suggest finding an elevator instead. If there isn't one around, definitely use a really good cushion at the bottom and some sort of cushioning between items. Most of the time there is an elevator at my disposal, so thankfully this doesn't happen that often. 5. SECOND BIGGEST ANNOYANCE: Everything that I need fits, BUT, it's annoying because there are no compartments, so I have to dig around or lift things up to find what I need. I had to purchase a cart to use at work because my spine is out of alignment, so I don't want to be bending over rummaging around to find something I need because that can cause my back or neck to go out on me. If there were compartments that were adjustable in the main bag, it would so be much better. Also, I am an organized person so having to dig around at the bottom of a large bag is terribly annoying when everything else I have is so well organized. I might just have to purchase something to use inside this (also because of the final reason below). 6. THE BIGGEST ANNOYANCE: the plastic lining inside the bag is flaking off and everything I have in the main bag gets covered in little pieces of white plastic. They stick to everything, and I mean "stick to everything" as if they are a new part of each item. I have to literally scrape all my items off every time I take them out of the bag. It's making me contemplate getting another bag to place inside of it just so all of my belongings aren't constantly covered in white plastic bits. It didn't take long for the lining to degrade (it fell off where the fabric was being moved, which is most areas since I used it five days a week). The lining started to flake off at slightly less than two months of use, and it's just been getting worse since. I really need to use this cart to protect my spine since it fits everything I need, so I'll continue to use it. But I'm really disappointed at the lack of quality of the fabric lining. I wish they had just used regular thick upholstery fabric with no lining or fabric lining instead. I had planned on using this for a few years, but I'm not sure if it will last that long or if I can take everything being covered in bits of plastic for much longer. (I'm not sure if every color has lining, but this one does, so this issue may vary depending on the color.) Edited to add pictures of how the bag lining is falling apart and some examples of items I put in the bag that are covered by the disintegrating lining daily. (Also I forgot to mention the gromets the string goes through have come apart as well.)
