Perfect everyday travel purse

I purchased this purse 6 months ago and have been using it and loving it every day since. It's the perfect size and shape for everything from a casual walk on the beach to a more trendy dinner out. I removed the Travelon logo to leave just a nice neutral brown leather piece on the front of the bag (although you could easily remove that as well if you prefer). The exterior zip pocket is just right for keeping quick access items like bus tickets and coins. I use the exterior non-zipped pocket to hold a couple face masks so they are easy to get to when we walk inside a building where masks are required. The interior RFID blocking pocket holds my slim wallet with ID, cards, and bills as well as a USB and a couple emergency tampons/liners. Two non-zip interior pockets are sized for small hand sanitizers, lotion, chaptstick, gum, nail clippers, mini pen, flashlight, and a pill pack. The interior body of the purse has plenty of room for my cell phone, keys, electrolyte powder, tissues, and eye drops. After 6 months of non-stop use, this fantastic purse shows no signs of wear and all of the zippers and other hardware are still working perfectly. The criss-cross anti-slash materials inside the fabric are visible as light grey lines, but as my husband says, it looks like it could just be part of the design. I would 100% recommend this purse to anyone looking for a non-bulky everyday bag with enough room for what you need and not too much room that you take extra things you really don't need. Looking forward to getting many more years of use out of this fantastic bag!

Not amazing. Not even close.

The color is nice. It does have a locking zipper for the main compartment. And the tiny flashlight that hangs on the inside is a nice touch for searching for stuff when it’s dark. But I’m really underwhelmed for what this purse costs. Here are my disappointments with it. Although it looks like a decent size on the outside it is t nearly as roomy as you’d expect. The pockets sewn into the lining hang in the way of placing your wallet and phone or other items of any size. Making it not a quick task to place things in and out. The locking zipper is sort of awkward to use. You’ll need to practice it a few times or else your going to be standing in a line someplace and people are gonna be waiting for you to figure out your purse situation. On the outside pocket on the back there’s no magnet or velcro so don’t put much in there it’s likely to roll out if you lay the purse down. The photos make the purse look larger than it really is. Don’t expect to get more than a comb, a chapstick and a few very tiny items in it along with a very minimal sized wallet. Also the way the strap is sewn on is awkward. It makes the purse hang weirdly to me. This might just be my preferences but I only use crossbody bags and purses so I have way cheaper bags that sit nicer on the body than this one does. I expected more from a company that advertises this as a travelers specific purse. I won’t purchase another from this brand. I think Kavu is a much nicer product.
