I’ve yet to have any complaints for Breville products. This thing is a beautiful to look at and produces quality meals. I’ve used several of the options since purchasing 2 months ago and everything has come out perfectly. No complaints

Good luck if you buy a refurbished unit!

The Amazon description stated these refurbished units are likely to have minor superficial damage. This one had a bashed in side. I still tried to use it, and found that the button that controls the various settings (pressure cooker, steam, etc.) did not work. The unit was returned. False advertising!!
