Omega MMV700S / Disappointment Operating Problems / Weak and Breakable Parts Warranty Resolutions / Exchanges and Returns I am disappointed with the credibility of the company and OMEGA brand products. After deciding that I would replace my high-speed centrifuge with a slow juicer, I decided to buy the best model available and more expensive to avoid future problems. Unexpectedly, after a short time of use, I had noticed that the main revision vehicles and professionals specialized in centrifuges and juice extractors ignored the model Omega MMV700S MegaMouth, due to the numerous problems presented by the customers in the face of the fragile and fragile parts and functions recent model issues. I noticed at the outset the difficulty in processing chopped fruits and simple vegetables (celery, carrot, beet and etc.), even taking peels, seeds and ways to facilitate processing (little volume / quantity), the central box where it attaches to the top and center where the engine is easily started to open and compromise its operation (as the video demonstrates). After a period of 2 months of use, the centerpiece of the centrifuge continued to come off the top even with the passage of only one fruit. Always respecting the locks and operating manual of the appliance described in the instruction material, it still had defects (being perfectly clean, locked, independent if I processed only 1 glass of juice of only 1 single fruit). After the conditions presented, the equipment continued to lock during the filtration operation of the juices in small quantity and started to crack the safety lock for the problem that from the beginning presented itself. I am disappointed and disgusted with the product, the OMEGA company and the very high value price charged by it considering the poor value for money of all other competing brands, including being considered inferior to its previous model (Omega VERT Slow Juicer VSJ843QS). How can a company with so many years of market, experience and world renown develop and approve by a team of engineers a high value-added equipment that presents so many problems? Causing damage, trouble, loss of time and stress to all regretted consumers who unfortunately had the misfortune to trust the Brand and its '' incredible and last release '' !!!! I hope I can reverse my investment in a friendly resolution so that my loss of time, stress, disappointment and bad luck does not become detrimental. I recommend that consumers of cold-pressed juices choose the brand's previous models or prefer other reputable companies (ex: Tribest, Kuvings) to choose their next investment and not to regret it.
