I had seen this salt bowl in someone's office and decided I wanted to try one. It is absolutely gorgeous! Arrived fast, packaged well and looks exactly like the picture. The salt rocks are a mixture of amber/orange and some lighter colorings which add dimension to the light that shines thru it. The Bowl itself is stunning when lighted. Best little ambiance light I've found and if it has health benefits that just adds to it. The dimmer lamp is a great option also.

Did Not Rock My World.

I had read a bit about Himalayan rock salts. How the heating of the rock gave off positive ions to clean the air and help with relaxation. The box arrived damaged...of note, I did let Amazon know about it. It should have been shipped in a sturdy box. Unfortunately, nothing ever warmed up despite leaving it plugged in for over an hour. Initially, it would have been helpful to have printed instructions in the box. Anyone else new to this would find it helpful I am sure. I returned the product because it didn't seem to work.
