Most of my coloring is done primarily with colored pencils, but sometimes a tiny area is more easily colored by a very sharp pen. Also, sometimes I use the pen's brush side to create a larger swath of color, as in a cloud.

Warning: Each tip is a different color

Buyer beware: I thought that each pen in the set had a chisel tip and fine tip in the same color. Nope - each tip is a different color. Very disappointed to find this out after purchase. I am not an artist. I just use the markers for adult coloring books. Was just wanting some markers where the fine tip and broad tip were of the same color so I can fill tight designs in the same color as larger spaces. One the plus side, each color does have a name that is printed on the marker. I have the big set of Crayola Super Tips and it is frustrating that the colors are only noted on the box but not printed on the marker itself. Dear Crayola, please make a set of markers where the broad and fine tips are of the same color.
