We like these a lot, but I'm writing this review because I'm seeing other reviewers make comments on something that we are experiencing after 1 month of use: The small pan is dying. The Large and Medium pan are holding up great-they are non-stick and clean very easily and still look like new. The small pan however, has stains that I cannot get off. This is a drag because it's the best pan to use for eggs! Recently, the eggs are starting to stick inside as well. I'm not sure what to do about it, as we followed the instructions on the box and kept them out of dishwashers and from harsh chemicals/scrubs. Here's to hoping all 3 of your pans are of the best quality! Follow up: After corresponding with the vendor, they sent me a replacement for the small pan and were very kind and understanding on the phone. So far, the small pan is holding up, and I'm grateful for the quality customer service!

Pan is Convex, oil/water pools in a circle around the edges

This looks like a great seat of anti-stick frying pans, I bought them to replace my older bachelor amalgamation. Unfortunately there is a substantial bowing in the center of each pan right out of the box which causes any oil to slide to just around the rim, this is one of the problems with my old pans that I was hoping this set would fix. I will now have to return these and look for a higher-quality product. Still 3 stars as the pans look great, are inexpensive, and the anti-stick surface is extremely effective. Unfortunate defect in production/design though.
