I purchased this headboard mounting kit for a Quest 1.0 Adjustable Base, it likely fits many other adjustable bed frames as well, but measure the kit to be sure. The quality is equal to the "factory" model and a great price. It's very sturdy, but as another review stated it could be beefed up some by using square tubing, but I still found it to provide good support of the headboard. Seems that most headboards are constructed of wood, I had to relocate the legs since mine was originally from a king size, reduced to queen which involved some cutting. Not a bad job if you're reasonable handy with tools. I also note that the vertical supports that attach to the headboard are of sufficient height to provide good mounting to the legs, however you may have to drill new holes in the headboard legs to line up with the mounts properly. I also recommend setting the frame on its side for assembly. I tried leaving the mattress in place but even with room to crawl underneath it was still awkward, especially if you have to do any drilling. Overall a very good product, once setup and headboard attached it looked like it was made for the mattress/frame.

Not bad, Could use a few improvements

Used to attach a iron headboard to a SealyEase 2.0 adjustable bed frame. First, the instructions said it was for a 3.0 or 4.0 while the description on Amazon said it was for a 2.0. It still worked OK. Also the pictures in the instructions are very dark & hard to make out. Second, the large slot that the legs attach through are much too wide. It would be better if the slot were much narrower. Third & most important, the piece at the end of the piece with the large slot that allows width adjustment is a channel that the top piece slides in & out of. This part should be rectangular tubing to make it much stronger & keep the top piece better aligned. I had to shim to tighten up the fit to get the headboard sufficiently vertical & when I tightened the set screws up enough to hold the headboard the channel started to open up some. Making this part out of tubing would have prevented that. Overall Ok but could have been much better at little to no additional cost to make.
