Improvement over the pink model

This is a good product. I’m replacing a slightly different model that had problems with the battery contacts. They would bend with normal use and had to be adjusted for the battery to make contact. Eventually, the metal broke off. So far, this model doesn’t have that problem.The product works as it should. It’s a little slower than the other (pink) model, which is a good thing because it always seemed like the motor would burn up on the other. The tweezing feature works best going against the grain, but try at your own risk, as the directions specify otherwise.

Did Not Remove any Hair from My Face

Coarse Hair, White Hair, Thin Hair, Thick Hair, Short Hair, Long Hair...I have them all on my face and every one is still there after trying the Epilady Briza Facial. Yes, I pulled my skin taught...yes, I softened it and made sure it was dry...yes, I used a fresh battery...yes, I moved the thing in circular, straight, against the grain, and with the grain...Every.Single. Hair. Is. Still. There.
