Great for Meal Prepping – Sturdy & Convenient!

I bought this 12-pack of meal prep containers to help with portion control and meal planning, and they have been fantastic! The 1-compartment design is perfect for simple meals like salads, pasta, or protein with veggies. The plastic is sturdy and reusable, and they hold up well in the microwave, freezer, and dishwasher without warping. The lids snap on securely, so I don’t have to worry about leaks when taking them to work. The good: It really does seal food inside the container. Stack up pretty well and don't slide in the fridge Great for people trying to manager their portion sizes. The bad: Very difficult to separate lid from container. Become very brittle if put in the freezer. Lids are likely to break very easily after being in the freezer. Even container may break if hit after being in the freezer, even slight hits and bumps may crack the plastic.
