A good light

This is a good lamp the provides good light. I was surprised how much I actually liked this light, as I wasn't expecting much, but it is great and the price is cheap too. The 60 minute timer is nice. Small, no heat, it is all plastic but that keeps the unit very light weight yet sturdy enough to remain in place. I may buy a few more to replace some other desk lamps.

Strange design flaw takes away from an otherwise excellent lamp

Lamp works well, but it has an odd design flaw--when the power is lost, the device does not restore its previous setting. This means you can't use a smart plug with it effectively, and power outages mean you have to go turn your lamps back on. If the lamp was on, or in a particular brightness, once the power is lost and regained, the lamp will start in off. This also means you can use a smart plug to turn the lamp off, but not on / it still needs to be manually turned on after receiving power.
