Very nice product. It looks good on a buffet table, it is easy to use, it cleans well, and it held 2 glass 12 x 9 dishes. On high, it will burn the bottom of your food but on low or medium it kept things warm for hours. Slim design so easy to store.,

Very fragile glass top

We bought this for a party my wife was having. We brought the warmer out, turned it on for the first time. Somebody decided to move it farther back on the counter top. Pushed it against the tile corner on the wall and the tempered glass top shattered. You would think that they would have the stainless steel outer frame that would protect the glass top, but noooo. Tempered glass is really strong straight on, but very easy to break by hitting the edge. Definitely our fault, but could have been designed better.
