TPRC Upright Rolling Duffel Bag 36", Black/Grey

Purchased for my son's 5 week trip to Israel. It was the perfect design and a friend of his also got one for same trip (his also is coming apart) We liked that it has wheels, many great compartments, including a zip on the bottom for shoes, etc. However on the first flight out the wheel was not working and when he landed my son said it was already falling apart. This is after only being on underneath the plane. After taking it around Israel from hotel to hotel and then back to Colorado there's a huge hole in the bottom and the wheels are totally broken and one of the plastic areas on the side is broken off. Sadly I can't even return it now so will be throwing it out. I should have gone with a name brand like REI or North Face. Many kids on the trip had no issues as they had better bags. I am not sure if this bag is good for a there and back trip and not taking it around somewhere- however the fact is broke on the way there says to me maybe not- but for what he used it for, not good at all.
