I have been using this product for a while, but in my most recent purchase the cyan cartridge was not recognized by the printer. I emailed the seller and they responded within minutes. They suggested a couple of things to correct this, but when that did not work, they shipped a new package of ink cartridges. The replacement works just fine.

Broke our printer! Everything was fine until we put this cartridge in. Called support and they rushed me a new cartridge which I appreciate but it didn’t work either and now neither does any other (even HP) cartridge. HP support said my printer is not fixable. I’m sure it’s intentional of HP to strong arm us to only use HP cartridges. But it’s not a cost savings when now I have to buy a new printer! Save some money and skip this shortcut.
