I recently purchased the Cuisinart Ceramic Coated Knife Set with high hopes of upgrading my kitchen tools. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of a disaster. From the peeling handles to the dangerously sharp backside, this knife set has proven to be a complete letdown. Allow me to outline my two major complaints, which are indicative of the overall poor quality of this product.Handle Peeling Off: The first sign of trouble emerged when I noticed that the handles of these knives started peeling off after just a few uses. While cutting fruit, I inadvertently cut myself on the overly sharp backside of one of the knives. I cannot emphasize enough how unexpected and dangerous this was. It's perplexing that a reputable brand like Cuisinart would overlook such a fundamental aspect of knife design – ensuring the safety of the user. The sharp backside poses a risk not only to inexperienced users but also to anyone who handles the knives. This flaw is inexcusable and highlights a lack of attention to detail in the manufacturing process.On a positive note, this knife is sharp and stays sharp in more ways than expected.
