Disappointed

This thing just doesn't do the job you need. I thought it would be just what I wanted, which was a simple paper towel dispenser. The problem is the towel roll doesn't spin easily...it drags on the rubber spindle. Also, there's no additional "arm" to keep the roll from unraveling...I didn't think it would be a big deal, until I put this thing to use.
