5-Layer Wire Shelf White

A good basic shelf set. Two issues: 1. Do not use a hammer, even lightly, to try and sink the shelving units over the brackets that are supposed to 'disappear' once the shelves are locked in place. I was very gentle using a hammer to try and tap the shelves down over the housing. I put a towel between the metal and the hammer and tapped. Still a prong broke away from the frame. I stopped worrying about 'hiding' the plastic sleeves since this is in a closet and not out where everyone might see it. It is a very functional unit, but I would suspect not intended for heavier weighted support. 2. You cannot select different shelf heights. The plastic brackets that align with the shelves have small rivets/dots that go into predrilled holes. This made it really easy to tell where the shelves needed to go and to make sure everything was level. But, I suspect this will surprise anyone who has purchased this kind of product before. (Hence the lower star rating.) It seems to be a good product for all that. It arrived well packaged with all parts. I am only reducing the star rating due to the somewhat flimsy welding on the wire brackets and the limits of the shelf height. But, I hated my closet for it's lack of space and now I can walk in and get things whereas before I could not. I also hung four hooks from the wall. Best decision ever!
