TPRC Upright Rolling Duffel Bag 30", Black/Grey

I took only one trip with less than 50 pounds, for only three weeks in just three hotels, two of them in the first three days. One end zipper opened from both ends while it was on the plane to my destination, and I lost everything in that pocket. After traveling from the first hotel to the second one via taxi (with minimal rolling in-between, I discovered a hole all the way through the fabric (see picture). Perhaps the wheels, which are also not that good looking after one trip, were not positioned to keep the bag off the ground when it rolled. Due to the short return period, I missed the return option. It's a handy bag with lots of space and I like the design -- if only it was good quality.
