Once it was orientated, Sam is doing a good job lifting Jack's (English bull who decided it wasn't looking for a fight), dog hair from the carpet and is fairly good at doing it all. It still pushes black and dark objects if it can, (Sam is strong).Sam's still learning the down stair course and hope it does as well upstairs where Jackson and Bugsy don't venture much.It can be the luck of the draw when purchasing a Refurb, We think Sam is good.Sorry, don't know how to share a video.PS: Sam stopped working shortly after the warranty was up and was replaced with a Robrock
