Mind Reader Metal Mobile File Cart

I pulled this out of the box, it was shipped well enough, but when I opened the components, I saw no hardware, and no instructions whatsoever. there were no keyed holes to bolts that were included, and that complicated things considerably. Assembly was a nightmare for something this simple. I had to resort to clamps and tools just to get the frames to come together... and it kept falling apart when I was attempting to assemble it. I could see that it was intended to be put togetther with just thumbscrews and acorn nuts, but it stubbornly refused to remain assembled. The design was also annoying... it is not large enough to put a file box inside of it, only to hang file folders from, and there are no file rails included in the design.
