GUESS Chronograph Bracelet Watch

[Edit]: The watch keeps time fine. Been about a month and I finally wore it and the time was right. So at least theres that. As many of the other reviews have stated, the way they package this watch is as if they could care less about it. This is an Amazon issue, not a Guess issue. Theres no plastic protector on the band NOR the watch face. The watch came with 100s of micro scratches and very visable scuffs due to a apparent packaging and quality control issue. I have no idea if the watch keeps time yet, Ive had it for 1 hour. Only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because I love the look of the watch. Im a big guy so the 45mm was a plus for what I like as well. I needed a all silver watch and this was what I decided on. I initiated a return and then cancelled the return and contacted Guess on their website to see if they can help me out with maybe a new band.. or even a new watch as I feel I was sent a used watch. If I was sent a used watch, just goes to show how Amazon is as a company. Havent had many issues with Amazon but the quality of the things they sell have plummeted over the past few years. Lets hope Guess will help me. I really dont want to send it back. I cant even find a Bulova or Citizen watch I like the look of as much as I like this one.. but if they cant help me I may be forced to buy from a different company who cares a little more about the presentation and packaging/shipping of their items in the future. Edit: Although Amazon offers the option to contact the manufacturer, its useless as Guess says theyre not liable for items sold on Amazon. So the fact Amazon even offers that as a solution is just another way to misslead their customers on top of sending used, on sale items with defects to their customers. I understand why it was 40% off now. They stock pile these used defective items then put them on sale so us poor people can THINK were getting a good deal when in reality its just a defective item.
