Gooby Fashion Vest Check Dog Jacket

This is a very well made good looking vest. However, I measured my dog and ordered according to the sizing chart. I ordered a large. When it came it was huge! It said a large was for a 16 1/2” chest. My dog is 16 1/4”. It is as so big she could walk out of it. I returned it and ordered the medium. It is tiny! One person said it had a 15” back. Well, this one has an 11” back. It lacks 4” of making it to the base of her tail. It is so tight around her neck she won’t move in it. This one is half the size of the large. It’s way too small. I hate buying and returning stuff. I don’t know what I’m going to do with it but my 8 lb miniature dachshund can’t wear this.
