Handle extension failed

I only used this luggage for 2 months. The inside snap snaps, but doesn't hold very long so it's always undone. I could deal with that but the telescoping handle stopped working the last 3 times I used it. It takes 4 or 5 pulls to get it to extend all the way and a few times I had to go inside of the luggage to try to get the handle to extend, then when it's extended it will not lock into place to keep it extended. The first month It was working great but it didn't last so I'm very disappointed.
