Missing Pieces & Poorly Packaged

All three curtain rod packages were opened when received. One curtain rod was missing a finial, making it unusable, and the all of mounting pieces were loose in the box (having fallen out from what should have been sealed packages). The intact rods were nice and exactly as pictured.
