Oh my goodness. I had this same Swell for 45 years. I only use it for water. It keeps ice and water fresh for 36 hours. The lid and seal does not leak. I will never live without this for cold water! Worth every penny.

Don't leave anything besides water in it for more than 24 hours

There's a deep rubber, circular groove underneath the cap that is pretty much impossible to clean properly. It's like a crack that holds smells forever. I left coffee + almond milk in it for a few days and the smell didn't come out after soaking both the thermos and cap in soapy water. The skinnier Swells don't have this design. Maybe I should try borosilicate glass bottles...
