Ace for what it does, and my 11yo son is now a barista

Got this for two reasons: stainless carafe (unbreakable), and removable reservoir. The custom strength settings and specialty options appealed. I could not have predicted that my kid would get into the recipe book and insist on making beverages for everyone. Neighbor calls it “punk’s perk.” It’s not completely indestructible – we dropped the reservoir in the sink by accident and chipped the plastic on the very first day. Still it’s holding up pretty well and it makes decent coffee – it’s not snob top quality but works for me.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I wanted this Ninja so bad. When I got it from the seller there was no spoon, no metal carafe and the water well was leaking rather badly. My counter was soaked in an hour or so. I am very disappointed in the product and the seller. I will not be purchasing from them again! It's like they sold me a previously returned item. There were even scratch Mark's on the plastic carafe. I didnt even realize the metal carafe wasnt there until my husband told me not to do hot coffee in the iced carafe. It was all unwanted for my birthday. I am so mad right now!
