Super impressed, better than I’d hoped for *updated*

It arrived a week after ordering, I took the advice from multiple comments and after taking all the pieces out of the headboard, brought them upstairs one by one as the box was pretty heavy. It was very easy to assemble by myself and came with all the tools necessary to do so! It took me about an hour by myself to do, the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I’m a plus size woman so I was concerned about the sturdiness but it hasn’t creaked or squeezed yet (I’m less than a week in) it’s a really simple and beautiful bed frame, definitely 5 stars for the price! We’re sleeping with just a mattress on it and it’s plenty comfortable, we may add a box spring only to help disperse the weight of two people on it. The only ONLY issue I had was one of the slats had a crack in it. It was an end one so I just put it by my feet and it’s caused no issues at all. Overall I’d definitely buy this again, I’ll update again after some time has gone by. **Update** I'm still SO in love with this bed! it's been everything I'd hoped for and more, I'll definitely be getting these for my girls when we upgrade their bedrooms! Worth the buy!

Looks the same as others but far less quality!

I had gone with this brand (in tan) for my guest room because it looked same as the Zinus brand bed frame that I have in grey. Zinus was out of tan. They look the same on line, but they are not. For starters, when I received the bed the corners of the box was all torn from shipping. The headboard was exposed. (NOTE: Depending on which bed brand you go with, some of the boxes are not meant for shipping, they are made for a stock room. I ordered from 3 different brands and the boxes arrive with shredded corners; in very bad shape exposing the contents. Damaging the contents. This one comes in a thin box. The backing cloth behind the headboard holds a compartment containing the parts of the frame. This inside lining was all ripped too, but onward I went because this lining would not be seen when the compartment was zipped back up. The Zinus is much easier to put together whereas this Classic Brand is more difficult; more parts and it has a MUCH thinner frame. The metal is so thin and it caves in when screws are tightened. Also, there is an area where all the metal parts intersect where there is ... Nothing. The bars don't meet. When the frame was all put together, I could feel that dip in the center of the mattress from the frame. The boards are not thick enough to cover this area. The sewing design on this headboard was off. (Sewn-in squares with buttons.) It seemed that they had over stretched the fabric during the construction to meet the end of the headboard which made some of the squares less a square and heading more toward triangular. Taking it apart to return was not fun. Go with Zinus.
