Makes PERFECT Rice every single time!
By JuneauShopper on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2020
I’ve had half a dozen rice cookers over the past 30 years and this one is by FAR the BEST! Sleek, easy to use, super easy to clean and best of all - PERFECT RICE EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have recommended it to all my friends! Also nice is that once the rice is done cooking, it will keep it warm almost indefinitely and the rice still remains fluffy and moist and never sticks to the bottom of the inner pan. The champagne color is so unique and pretty on my countertop when I’m using it — I’ve gotten lots of compliments. Totally worth the money to have a set-it-and-forget-it appliance that performs beautifully!

Does not do a job
By An on Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2020
I use the cup that come with the pot. Today I cooked 6 cups of rice and when it done the rice did not cook thoroughly!. Couple of the times I use only a few cup with no problem. The label said it cook up to 8 uncooked rice!. The lid should have soft open mode. Any time you open it bounced!. You’d know it but, other don't when u hv guest over. The lid does has a stream venting but, does not have a side pocket to store the vapor like the traditional rice cooker. So when you open the lid the water dip down into the rice!!. Even thought it claims technology rice cooker!. I hv Aroma that I bought 29$ from Costco so, I just wanted to give it a try to a hundred dollar one. The 29$ one definitely do a better job!. One of the thing I bought this one because, it has porridge setting. Instead I got a porridge from my jasmine rice it turned into cook rice!
