Deep Kneading Neck Massager with Heat

I bought 2 for Christmas gifts last year. I gave one to my grandson and had one for me! BUT I let my Sister try it out and gave it to her because she LOVED it for her aching shoulders. She has had it for a few months and she told me she sees her massage therapist less than half of what she once did all because of this massager! (her hubby said they need to buy a back up one!) This thing gets in DEEP and you will be sore after the first use if you're not careful. So... I did buy another one and ended up giving it to a friend of mine. I still have to get one for myself.
