Remington Smooth & Silky Shaver & Trimmer

I had to remove the head and put it back on several times before it would work. Then it would work for a while and I would have to start all over again. If I barely laid the head onto the body and put little pressure it would run longer but if you picked it up the head would fall off. Without the head in place it vibrated like crazy. Snap the head in place and it would stop. Tried several new batteries thinking the battery might be week. Didn't help. Put my finger on the vibrating post inside the body and it was very strong, so there is something wrong with the head. Does a great job if you can get it to work, but keeping it running is difficult, I am really surprised because this is a Remington product.
