I had a Motorola video monitor previous to this one. I purchased this because it came with 2 cameras vs buying an additional camera for my old monitor for the same price. I was a little iffy due to not having heard of the brand previously. But wow, this thing is amazing. Picture quality is crisp and sound quality is great (i can literally hear my kids breathing). I don’t know about battery so much because ours almost is always plugged in but I’m sure that part is fine also. Don’t waste $200 on another monitor system!! Save money and get this one. 10/10 recommend!!!

Out of box, won’t turn on!

I’m no moron or newbie when it comes to baby monitors. Throughout all my kids I’ve probably purchased a dozen which have their good and bad parts but this is crazy. It literally will not turn on. Tried carefully inspecting and reinstalling the battery pack, charged the handheld part for about 8 hours, still nothing. It just blinks that orange blink, and maintains a blacked out screen. Reached out to company and will update if they solve the problem. But at this point I can say hands down avoid this choice and scroll on to look at other baby monitor options…
