Was concerned after reading some reviews, but this is exactly what I needed

I saw two negative comments entered multiple times about this organizer, however it was the only one that checked all the boxes for me. So..... 1) complaints that the little tabs don't stay on the shelves - I used a dab of glue during assembly to avoid that problem. Although including a few extras would be a nice idea. 2) shelves hang crooked. This happened to me, so I just flipped the middle pole on one side and voila! the shelves hung straight. I wish all the baskets were large, but this organizer meets my needs.

Caps do not stay on

The little caps that go on the ends of the shelves to hold them on the rack fall off easily. I've lost most of mine, and both called and emailed support for more and they never got back to me.
