Worked for me to get my vitamin d levels up to normal.

Start with a year ago my vitamin D levels were deficient. My Dr had me taking 2000 iud. I found out I was pregnant the beginning of this year and got my blood work done and my levels were still low not deficient but not good so my midwife said to start taking 5000 iud and recommend this product. I've been on it almost 2 months and just went back for more blood work and my levels are great she said! Small capsule so no taste or bad smell. Very easy to swallow with no side effects even being pregnant and I'm so happy with my results.

Works as expected, but I have an issue with unmarked pills, look at the picture, you cannot tell my vitamin D pill apart from this DHEA pill, so I have to ditch both because I don't want to overdo the DHEA. Please mark pills so we can tell them apart!
