So if you use it exactly as directed then it works great. Which is why I give it 5 stars. Now if you are like me, I wanted to use the desk to put my keyboard and mouse on with a monitor on my desk. Figuring that the room for a laptop should be enough for a mouse and keyboard. (it is not) If you happen to have a standing desk and see the comment below where they removed the desk bar and put it underneath. Yes this will work, but there is a $40 cheaper version that gets you there. If you think (like I did) that you'll get the one with the desk and remove it so I always have the option of going backward. You can do it, it will work, but you won't really do it. Save yourself the $40. Assembly is easy, it works well. What it needs that you need to supply. You need a bike seat pad. 30 minutes in, and my rear isn't going to make it hours a day. I road bike, and spin, I need a better seat. Take the hint You should get a mat for underneath it. Sitting on carpet, even low pile the wheels are useless your on tile or wood floor. If you have an external mouse for your laptop, you'll need to find a way to add on to this desk. Some sort of click on side tray or topper to put on top of the desk so you have it. I haven't figured it out yet. If anyone does feel free to send me a note. The desk provided will work for your laptop and that's it, no drink or accessories. The only way you get that far is with a tiny surface or tablet. Don't regret the purchase at all, it's exactly as advertised. With accessories it will be great. The rest is just suggestions for improvement.
