I ordered a total of 17 of these over the last year for our staff. Of those, one had an overheating usb plug and another broke shortly after arrival. But both were quickly exchanged. We ordered the powered ones since we all use dual monitors mounted to a heavy stand. The manual ones were too hard to pull up with all that. Our employees have been happy with them.

Fell apart first time I raised it

I looked forward to getting this for a week, it arrived and I took it out of the box, I raised it and it exploded, pieces came off and it crashed to the bottom. There was no salvaging it. I am in the process of returning it for a refund. It looked like exactly what I wanted, maybe I just got the one lemon.
