An Amazing Vacuum Cleaner
By Kindle Customer on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2025
Got my wood floors cleaner than ever before. Easy to use. Quite than my previous canister. Even worked well on my rugs which I didn't expect. Very easy filter removal and empty, Plus it has a secondary filter that can be washed and reused and only need cleaning after about 6 months. The only negative on this model is that there isn;t a suction release slide on the wand, you have to use the knob on the machine ti increase and decrease suction. Full suction is extremely strong.

Good vacuum with insulting, embarrasingly low quality accessories
By B|B on Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2024
The vacuum itself has a clever design and some interesting features, and it performs well in terms of suction power and dust collection. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end... I purchased my unit on 9/8/2024, including the STB 305-3 TurboTeQ Floorhead, SBB 300-3 Parquet Twister Floorhead, Dusting Brush on Handle, Integrated Crevice Tool, and Upholstery Tool, for a total of $696.49. For nearly $700, I expected a high-quality machine that would hold up well over time, but my experience has been EXTREMELY disappointing. Now, just two months later, I find myself dreading each time I have to use it. The included accessories are of abysmally low quality, feel very cheap and sound like they are falling apart after a few weeks of light duty use around the house. It seems unbelievable to me that a company selling vacuum cleaners in this price range, would insult customers with squeaky, rattling and vibrating accessories that are akin to something one would encounter in non-functional / pretend children toys. Truthfully, such shockingly poor quality and downright shameful craftsmanship would not be tolerated even in bargain vacuums priced at $70. To see it here, with a $700 machine is a slap in the face. Miele - if you are reading this review, you should be ashamed of your tactics. All in all, with the TurboTeQ Floorhead constantly producing harsh squeals, irritating vibrations and other high-pitch jarring noises during normal use, vacuuming has become an excruciating experience similar to applying fingernails to a blackboard or scraping dishes with metal utensils. Check out my attached video that shows the cleaning attachment rolling over carpet to witness Miele's top-notch engineering and build quality - make sure to listen with your sound turned on, and keep in mind that the noises and sensations it produces are 10 times worse in person. If you are considering this vacuum cleaner, do yourself a favor and choose a company that actually respects its customers. Do not fall for the hype and marketing like I did.
